Why Use?
It can be difficult to know when your houseplant needs watering. Westland's Watering Indicator Stick will help keep your plant well watered by simply telling you when you need to water.
When to Use
We recommend replacing the watering indicator stick after 12-18 months.
How to Use
Simply push the tip of the watering indicator stick into the centre of the plant rootball. The indicator stick will tell you when your plant needs more water. A red window display means your plant needs water adding, blue means no water needed. Once you have watered your plant the indicator will change colour from red to blue within 2 hours. Only add water if the indicator stick has completely changed to red. Do not twist or pull out the indicator stick during use.
Handy Tips
For best results, feed your houseplants with Westland Houseplant Feed every second watering in the active growing season (spring/summer ), and every fourth watering in the winter.
